Job summary

The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place seeks a Risk Management Coordinator/Patient Advocate to support the Risk Management and Quality Improvement department in compliance, documentation, and incident analysis. The role involves record keeping, policy maintenance, and coordinating education initiatives across the facility.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma with preferred clinical healthcare education and one year of accreditation experience, plus CPR, de-escalation, and restraint

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s in clinical healthcare preferred.
• One year experience with Joint Commission/CARF accreditation preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
• Experience in compliance or risk capacity preferred.
• Strong record-keeping and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accreditation compliance and patient safety goals.
• Facilitate document processing between managers and committees.
• Record and maintain meeting minutes and quality improvement docs.
• Maintain policy and procedure manuals and data systems.
• Support system-wide education and CMS/state regulatory initiatives.
• Analyze incident reports to support PI data collection and reporting.
• Track and manage projects across the facility.
