Bronson Portage is seeking a Patient Safety/Quality Coordinator to lead system-wide projects that improve quality outcomes and reduce safety events across the Bronson System. The role collaborates with physicians and executives to assess, plan, and measure improvements for effectiveness.

Requirements include a BSN or BS with 3–5 years nursing experience in acute care, 1–2 years of team leadership, and RN licensure. Master’s degree and CP HQ/CPPS are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• 1–2 years leading teams required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed RN in good standing with the State of Michigan.
• CPHQ and/or CPPS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Project Management responsibilities: define scope and objectives aligned with the strategic plan.
• Manage multiple projects from low to high complexity system-wide.
• Act as a change agent during priority shifts.
• Interface with executives, physicians and staff.
• Analyze large data sets to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to close care gaps and implement action plans.
• Present recommendations to committees and senior leaders.
• Provide education and coaching on high reliability and quality measures.
