Job summary

Bronson Healthcare is seeking a Pt Safety/Quality Coordinator to lead system-wide quality projects, collaborate with physicians and executives, and drive improvement in patient safety and clinical outcomes. The role requires RN licensure in Michigan, a BSN or BS, and experience leading teams in acute care.

The position emphasizes data interpretation, performance improvement methodologies, and effective communication with physicians and leaders to set goals and measure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN or BS) and 3–5 years of clinical nursing in acute care.
• 1–2 years of experience leading teams is required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing with the State of Michigan.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• CPHQ and/or CPPS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-wide projects to improve quality outcomes and reduce safety events.
• Facilitate transformation and culture change across multidisciplinary teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for improvement and drive actions.
• Present findings to executives and committees (PI, Medical Executive, Board Quality).
• Provide education and coaching to departments and hospital PI committees.
