Bronson Healthcare Group seeks a Quality & Safety Coordinator for Bronson At Home. The role focuses on reliable data collection, clinical screening, and careful data entry. You will work independently, scheduling and prioritizing tasks while supporting staff on patient documentation.

Qualifications include an RN license in Michigan, a nursing degree, and 2 years of acute care experience. Strong communication, confidentiality, and leadership are essential in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Competenze

• RN license in good standing with the State of Michigan.
• Diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Two years acute care experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and disease processes.
• Experience with database, statistics, quality improvement & patient safety.
• Proficient with database, spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Must be self-directed, flexible and able to lead.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
