The role partners with the Vice Chair to lead safety and quality initiatives, review events, and implement performance improvements across departments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with strong data analysis, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient safety and quality programs and strategic initiatives.

• Monitor performance indicators and conduct audits for quality.
• Provide staff education on safety concepts and quality outcomes.
