• Two years in Patient Safety, Quality, Risk Management, or healthcare operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigates patient safety issues within the organization.
• Leads or facilitates Root Cause Analysis, Focused Reviews, and Intense Analysis.
• Ensures timely identification of trends and implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintains compliance with audits and monitoring per action plans.
• Reviews and closes all Safety Events reported in the event system.
• Notifies Risk Management of potential risk issues.
