Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Quality/Performance Improvement and Risk Management programs.
• Collect, analyze, trend, and present quality data to leadership and committees.
• Identify performance gaps, patient safety risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, summaries, charts, and presentations.
• Participate in quality improvement, process improvement, and risk management initiatives.
• Assist with root cause analyses, audits, tracers, and regulatory readiness.
• Coordinate quality assurance and infection prevention activities, including outbreak investigations.
• Maintain quality, risk, infection prevention, complaint, grievance, and performance improvement documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual quality reports.
• Collaborate with departments to promote patient safety and continuous improvement.
• Receive, document, track, and coordinate resolution of patient grievances and concerns.
• Engage patients and families to identify concerns and opportunities to improve the patient experience.
• Monitor patient satisfaction feedback and identify trends requiring corrective actions.
