Codman Square Health Center, Inc. seeks a Quality & Patient Safety Coordinator (Nursing) to support coordination, monitoring, and implementation of quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across nursing and clinical operations.

You will track data, support dashboards, and promote evidence-based practices in collaboration with nursing leadership. The role emphasizes regulatory readiness, audit support, and education to strengthen patient outcomes and operational reliability across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; MA program preferred.
• MA certification (CMA/RMA) preferred; LPN/RN a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in ambulatory care or clinical setting.
• Interest in quality improvement, patient safety, or compliance.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and safety principles.
• Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred).
• Strong organizational and data-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support quality improvement initiatives across clinical departments.
• Track and report nursing quality metrics and patient safety events.
• Develop dashboards and leadership reports; identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in audits, compliance, and regulatory readiness.
• Support education and staff engagement on quality and safety.
