Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 2 years of healthcare experience including participation in quality/safety committee or related investigations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate review activities related to patient safety and peer review.
• Maintain records and ensure timely communication and follow-up on safety events.
• Support peer review governance and regulatory standards collaboration with MSO, quality, safety, legal and operational teams.
• Identify system-level safety opportunities and support a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
