Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree.
• 2 years of healthcare experience including past participation in quality and safety committee, project work, or responsibility in investigating safety events.
• Active RN license, current state license in field of study, CPPS and/or CPHQ.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate review activities for safety events and peer reviews.
• Maintain records and ensure timely communication and follow-through.
