OSF HealthCare is seeking a Professional Practice Evaluation Specialist to support patient safety, quality, and peer review processes. You will coordinate review activities, maintain records, and ensure timely communication and follow-up related to safety events and regulatory standards.

This role works with medical staff leadership, the MSO, quality, safety, legal, and operations to identify system-level safety opportunities and advance a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of healthcare experience including participation in quality and safety committees or related projects.
• Experience coordinating safety events and peer review processes is preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills are essential.
