Job summary

OSF HealthCare seeks a Professional Practice Evaluation Specialist to support patient safety, quality, and peer review processes. You will coordinate review activities, maintain records, and ensure timely communication related to safety events and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with medical staff leadership, MSO, quality and legal teams to advance a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Travel to OSF locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience in quality and safety, including committee work or safety event investigations.
• Experience with quality and safety processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate review activities for safety events and peer review.
• Maintain records and ensure timely communication and follow-through related to safety events and regulatory standards.
• Support peer review governance and facilitate committee activity with clinical leadership and MSO.
