Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for patient safety initiatives at the site.
• Supports development and execution of the Patient Safety Plan and annual goals.
• Conducts investigations and root cause analyses for safety events.
• Education and outreach to staff on incident reporting and safety practices.
• Collaborates with clinical leadership to implement safety programs and best practices.
