Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety under RN direction.
• Provide frequent checks on patients with a Patient Watch Order.
• Guide patients to prevent wandering or falls.
• Record and document patient behavior as required.
• Travel with patient when needed.
• Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.
• Adhere to organizational competencies and behavior standards.
