• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, nursing, or healthcare field.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare facility leadership experience.
• Certified Instructor for Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) within six months from date of hire.
• American Heart Association CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Conduct safety needs assessments with System leadership.
• Lead environmental safety rounds and risk audits.
• Coach Milieu Specialists on de-escalation and NCI techniques.
