Mercy Rogers is seeking a Patient Safety Specialist to support and advance the facility's patient safety program under the Director of Quality. The role involves developing, implementing, monitoring, and championing processes that promote just culture and high reliability across the organization.

Collaborating with leadership, physicians, and staff, you will model continuous improvement, lead change initiatives, and ensure strong communication, analytical skills, and travel as needed throughout

Qualifications

• Education in clinical or other healthcare related field required (e.g., nursing, respiratory therapy, physical/occupational therapy, health administration, public health)
• Certification/Registration: Certification in patient safety or quality required within 3 years.
• Experience: 3 years clinical healthcare related experience required
