Qualifications

• Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) & De-Escalation Training within 30 days of employment
• No Travel Required
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Maintains direct line of sight with patient at all times and accompanies patient during transportation, tests, and procedures
• Monitors patient condition and reports changes promptly
• Intervenes to prevent self-harm or harm to others and seeks immediate assistance as needed
• Documents patient status and activities clearly during shifts
• Upholds patient privacy and confidentiality and communicates effectively with patients, families and staff
