Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Other-Fingerprint Required must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• No experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous observation and monitoring for high-risk patients.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure a safe environment and minimize risk of falls or self-harm.
• Assist with basic activities of daily living as needed.
