Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification required within 90 days of start date.
• CPI certification required within 60 days of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Be present for the designated patient, visually or physically.
• Observe patient behavior and communicate with nursing staff.
• De-escalate patient situations and notify nursing personnel if condition changes or assistance is needed.
• Assist PCT/MST and nursing staff with basic patient care tasks as needed without substituting for regular staff duties.
