You will help protect patients by identifying risks and documenting changes during shifts with strict privacy.

Formación

• BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsabilidades

• Watch patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Identify risks such as falls or self-harm and promptly alert the care team to intervene quickly and protect patients.
• Document patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout the shift.
• Honor patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork.
