Qualifications

• BLS-HCP certification required at hire or within 60 days with approval.
• One year hospital experience preferred.
• Shift flexibility and patient safety focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous line of sight of the patient at all times.
• Accompany the patient to tests or procedures and observe closely.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the patient’s room.
• Report changes to the nurse and participate in hand-offs.
• Identify and report any self-harm risk or potential safety concerns.
