Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong observation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous line of sight of the patient at all times.
• Assist with daily living activities and accompany patient to tests or procedures.
• Identify changes in patient status and report to nurse promptly.
• Follow infection control policies and document patient information during hand‑offs.
• Ensure a safe environment to prevent self-harm or harm to others.
