Job summary

Sanford Health Fargo is seeking a part-time food service attendant to provide meals and snacks to patients, ensuring timely service and adherence to dietary guidelines. You will manage meal orders, maintain PAR levels, and support the care team with accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Direct customer service experience preferred.
• Previous food service experience and/or work with therapeutic diets preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and snacks to patients in a professional manner.
• Maintain supplies up to PAR levels and ensure HACCP compliance.
• Obtain, transcribe and process meal orders from patients and visitors.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, dietitians and call center staff.
• Record intake and calorie counts using the patient computer system.
