Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs at a subject matter expert level on nursing duties.
• Supports and maintains practice policies, procedures and regulations.
• Trains and mentors staff; maintains staff training and competency logs including licensure and CPRs.
• Creates and monitors staff schedules; ensures accurate patient flow and coordination with front desk.
• Stays current with EMR and digital health workflows; coaches staff on updates.
