CareNow – Shipyard MSO, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Patient Representative on a PRN basis in Wilmington, NC. This role supports urgent care operations by check-in, answering calls, verifying insurance, and ensuring accurate paperwork.
You will join a team focused on patient service excellence, with opportunities to develop clerical and customer service skills while working within a nationally recognized healthcare system.
This position is incentive eligible.
