Job summary

CareNow, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Patient Representative in Denton, TX to check in patients, answer clinic calls, and verify insurance while ensuring paperwork is complete.

You will follow patient preferences, assist with demographic data, and help complete daily balance and payment documentation in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work with multiple computer programs.
