Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s CareNow division is hiring a Patient Representative to assist in clinic operations and patient flow. The role supports front desk tasks, insurance verification, and patient communications in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

You will engage in web check-in, handle phone inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation of demographics and insurance details, contributing to efficient daily processes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred
• Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start required
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work with multiple computer programs

• Checks-in patients in a timely manner. Ensures all Web Check-in procedures are followed
• Answers phone calls to the clinic and provides information or refers questions to others as needed
