CareCloud seeks a front office attendant to greet patients, schedule visits, and verify patient information in the system. You will serve as a bridge between patients, staff, and providers while ensuring charts are prepared for the next day.
Responsibilities include check-in, payments, appointment confirmations, answering calls, filing records, and supporting billing processes. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and Saturday availability as scheduled.
The front office attendant will greet, instruct, direct and schedule patients and visitors. Ensures that patients’ charts are prepared and in order for the next working day which includes entering patient information completely and verifying all patient information in the system. He or she will serve as a vital team player between co‑workers, patients, and medical support staff.

High school diploma or GED. Prefer one‑year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Knowledge of medical terminology desirable. Word processing and computer experience required.
Computer, telephone, fax machine, photocopier, and other standard office equipment.
Work is performed in reception area. Involves frequent contact with patients. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive. Contact involves dealing with sick children, exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, and medicinal preparations. May require individuals to work in outside elements to complete necessary job duties and responsibilities.
Work may require frequent mobility and/or sitting for long periods of time; also stooping, bending and stretching for files and supplies. Occasionally lifting files or papers weighing up to 20 pounds. Other responsibilities as assigned by Practice Manager.
