Job summary

HCA Healthcare seeks a clinical operations assistant for CareNow urgent care. You will perform patient check-in, answer clinic calls, verify insurance, and ensure accurate demographic collection. You will follow occupational preference cards and complete daily balance checks.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, ability to manage multiple computer programs, and adherence to procedures to support efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred
• Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start required
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work with multiple computer programs
