The Patient Representative is the face of OHKC and the first point of contact for visitors and patients upon entering the clinics. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and positive patient experience while ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information and answer questions regarding clinic services and policies.
• Coordinate patient flow to ensure timely appointments and reduce wait times.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
