Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network in Greenwich, CT is seeking a part-time Patient Representative (25 hours/week) to support clinical staff and enhance patient experience. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, verify insurance, and assist with payments and new patient processing.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of administrative healthcare experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a strong customer service mindset.
