Job summary

SouthCoast Health is seeking a Full-Time Patient Representative for our Cardiology Department. You will be the first and last point of contact for patients and families, creating a welcoming and professional experience that reflects the quality of care we provide.

As a key team member, you will greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, collect co-pays, and help coordinate schedules while upholding privacy standards and clinic protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

South Coast Health is seeking a Full-Time Patient Representative to join our Cardiology office. As one of the first and last points of contact for our patients and their families, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience that reflects the quality of care we provide.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide clear directions, information, and assistance as needed.
• Monitor physician schedules and communicate wait times to patients.
• Collect co-pays and manage patient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Protect patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with privacy standards.
