Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a revenue cycle clerk to accurately collect and input data related to billing and payments, while contributing to improved customer satisfaction and maintaining productivity and quality standards across multiple duties.

You will assist with training new employees and help implement new processes within Baptist Health's expansive Arkansas network, including hospitals, clinics, and centers across the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year related experience, or Associates or Bachelor degree in healthcare.
• Customer service and computer skills required.
