What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery
- Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new referrals
- Secure upfront payment from patients and assist them in finding financial assistance when needed
- Support ongoing activities to ensure clean claims and manage denial processes
- Assist the Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of two years of related experience required
- Ability to multi-task and manage numerous referrals and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of quality focus
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous healthcare or medical billing experience preferred
