Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifies patient in EMR systems and collects demographic information.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and processes authorizations.
• Generates patient estimates and assists with financial counseling when needed.
• Registers outpatients and manages offsite registrations as required.
• Provides exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors, and physicians.
