TEKsystems is seeking a contract Medical Front Desk Specialist in Eureka, CA. You will check in patients, register demographics, verify IDs, and assist with eligibility and payment options.

This fully onsite role runs 4x10s on Wednesday to Saturday, 5am–5:30pm, with benefits including medical and 401(k) plans. Immediate start and Sep 18, 2026 deadline noted.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-desk or medical reception is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and register them at arrival.
• Enter patient demographics and verify identity with ID.
• Determine payment responsibility and assist with insurance questions.
• Explain consent forms, complete admissions paperwork, and answer phones.

Check in patients, register patients , enter patient demographics, verify patient or visitor identity by collecting information and photo ID, identifying if patients can pay out of pocket fee or if they need assistance, explain consent forms they will need to sign, provide admissions paperwork, verify insurances, and answering phones

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
