Henry Ford Health is seeking a part-time Patient Registration Representative in Wyandotte, MI. This 20-hours-per-week role supports clinical and non-clinical teams by registering patients, verifying insurance, and collecting payments.

You will be the welcoming face and voice, helping create a smooth patient journey. Responsibilities include greeting patients, updating registrations, responding to inquiries, and performing preregistration tasks.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to meet or exceed customer service standards over the phone, in person, and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in patient admitting, registration, or insurance eligibility in a hospital or medical office setting.
• EPIC training/experience and familiarity with insurance payor systems.
