Job summary

TRA Medical Imaging is seeking a Registration Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them in a friendly and professional manner while registering them for procedures. Responsibilities include collecting payments, managing patient information, and ensuring a comfortable experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalency alongside at least one year of relevant experience. Skills in customer service and knowledge of radiology procedures are vital for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent, related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and carry out instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients for radiology procedures.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and demographics.
• Collect account payments.
• Handle routine office administrative procedures.
• Responsible for document scanning and navigating the RIS system.
