Job summary

R1 RCM is seeking a Customer Service Representative for In‑Patient Registration at Ascension NE Wisconsin Mercy. You will be the first friendly face patients encounter at check‑in and guide them through the registration process during a 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. shift with every other Saturday and rotating holidays.

The role requires strong customer service and the ability to handle diverse insurance plans, with training provided for system navigation and patient support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements.

Compensation

For this US‑based position, the base pay range is $16.00–$21.10 per hour.
