Job summary

R1 RCM is hiring a PRN patient access coordinator in Wauwatosa, WI. You will help patients navigate the registration process, answer questions with empathy, and gather information quickly across multiple computer systems.

The role focuses on accurate data collection, on-call shifts, and supporting clinicians during urgent care moments. A high school diploma and strong customer service are required, with background, drug test, and vaccination checks conducted.

Location: Ascension SE Wisconsin Wauwatosa

Shift: PRN, as needed, minimum required hours a month 48, 24 on call, additional shifts available

Requirements

For this US‑based position, the base pay range is $16.00 – $21.10 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
