R1 RCM is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration at Ascension St Vincent's Health Center in St Augustine, FL. You will be the first friendly face for patients checking in and will help navigate the registration process.

This PRN, part-time role offers on-site work with rotating shifts (day, evening, overnight) and requires availability on holidays and weekends. We'll provide training and support as you learn hospital workflows and patient insurance processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Healthcare background not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately.
• Assist patients who may be ill or anxious.
• Navigate diverse insurance plans with training.
• Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care.
