You may register at workstations or bedside, ensuring charts are complete and accurate while delivering friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include verifying benefits, obtaining pre-certifications, collecting patient liabilities, securing signatures, and entering data into the registration system.

Competenze

• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Mansioni

• Interview patients at workstations or bedside to obtain account information and verify insurance.
• Provide exemplary customer service and ensure charts are completed and accurate.
• Verify insurance and obtain pre-certification/authorization.
• Calculate and collect patient liability amounts and secure necessary signatures.
• Enter information into the registration system and maintain documentation.
