Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor and provide helpful assistance.
• Check in hospital outpatient visits and verify patient information for accurate registration.
• Collect insurance information and update patient records in the system.
• Coordinate with care teams and ED partners to relay important patient details.
• Assist with front desk tasks, answer calls, and provide directions as needed.
• Maintain patient privacy and document relevant information in EPIC during high-pressure situations.
