Responsibilities

• Interact over the phone with patients and physician offices to process referrals.
• Record referral information accurately and maintain tracking documents.
• Collaborate with clinics to optimize resources and coordinate referrals.
• Use multiple software applications including EPIC and MS Office to manage data.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA standards.
