CenExel Clinical Research in Gaithersburg, MD seeks a Call Center Patient Recruiter to connect with prospective study participants by phone. The role is on-site, full-time, with responsibilities centered on initial screening calls and scheduling using Clinical Conductor.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, meet basic computer requirements, and maintain compliance with clinical regulations and CenExel SOPs, ensuring quality participant recruitment for trials.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Detail-oriented with basic computer skills and good follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants.
• Performs the initial telephone screening of patients per study protocols.
• Manage a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
• Schedule screening appointments in Clinical Conductor.
• Make reminder phone calls as needed.
• Support and ensure adherence to SOPs, FDA CFR, ICH, GCP and CenExel guidelines.
