Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants.
• Perform initial telephone screening of patients per study protocols.
• Manage a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
• Schedule screening appointments in the Clinical Conductor system.
• Make reminder phone calls as needed.
• Adhere to FDA CFR, ICH, GCP, CenExel SOPs, site policies and protocols.
