We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Patient Recruitment and Engagement Manager to join our Phase 1 Unit Recruiting team. This position will be part of a team focused on recruiting participants for our research studies and contribute to the company’s success. Responsibilities

• Implement various recruitment strategies for clinical research studies at Medpace Clinical Pharmacology Unit (MCPU).
• Work effectively with physicians, patient advocacy and specialized community groups to support and increase participant enrollment.
• Work effectively with CPU leadership to develop recruitment plans and ideas for new and on‑going studies.
• Utilize our systems to track progress of media generated referrals and overall study enrollment.
• Update study specific social media sites.
• Increase awareness of MCPU and its trials within the community.
• Actively participate and network at various community, university, and college events.
• Perform ad‑hoc projects/tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• At least 5 years of patient recruitment experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and social media platforms.
• Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
