QMMS USA LLC (Hümi) seeks a self-motivated, patient-friendly, full-time Patient Payment Poster for our corporate office in Sugar Land, Texas. You will join a team focused on accurate, timely posting of patient and payer payments.

Daily responsibilities include posting payments to charges, handling unapplied funds, reconciling batches, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Experience with NextGen and Phreesia is required. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with patient payment posting.
• Must have experience with Phreesia.

Responsibilities

• Post payments to charges using NextGen and proper reason codes.
• Post unapplied money to charges and manage payment journals.
• Review daily cash reports and ensure all payments are posted correctly.
• Ensure batches are balanced and posted per BBP.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in handling journals, checks and credit cards.
