Sky Mavis seeks a Senior Outreach Manager to lead patient outreach strategies and improve visit volumes across our centers. You will oversee outreach tactics, drive capacity planning, and collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure compliant, high-quality engagement.

In a hybrid role based in Henderson, NV, you will manage teams, report performance weekly, and partner with payers and vendors to optimize marketing and access center operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• 3–5 years in healthcare outreach or engagement roles.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and CMS programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach strategy and patient engagement for multiple markets.
• Monitor performance and report weekly/monthly to leadership.
• Develop and optimize engagement channels, tactics, and incentives.
• Plan capacity and staffing with providers and centers.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and vendor performance SLAs.
