Mass General Brigham is seeking a Patient Observer for the Emergency Department. The role involves 24 hours per week across two 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) with rotating holidays and weekends.
The position requires vigilance, clear English communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Responsibilities include constant patient observation, documenting care, handing off status to staff, and assisting with patient feeding as directed by the RN.
